Lesson: Positional Spring
In this lesson: Students discovere the meaning and value of positional words via a variety of online games. They create a springtime picture in Pixie 3 and describe the image with a sentence that includes positional words.
Students will draw a "springtime" illustration and write a sentence based upon their image.
Students will edit their sentence with 1-1 teacher support. The student will copy the edited sentence with correct spelling, spacing and punctuation.
Students will turn the draft of their illustration into a final copy in Pixie.
Students will continue to explore the image gallery to locate spring related images.
Students will learn how to print a document on the school network.
